SCAMMERS!!! They never send you the product. They send you FAKE tracking information of someone else's package. UPS looked into the matter with me and said they sent you tracking info of an item that was not yours. A possible hack of some sort. There was never a package. They are helping me file a case against them. The Customer service is also pathetic. They Keep sending you same generic message no matter what you say. Nobody is actually ready to listen to you which means they KNOW whats happening. Dont bother ordering!! I am reporting them to federal trade commission for fraud. I wonder how many people they have successfully scammed.
