Honestly the worst service and customer service I have ever received from an online company. Ordered my product on April 19th and was told the delivery date was going to be between April 27th and June 8th. I knew delivery might not be quick due to the global pandemic which I understood. Fast forward to June 21st and my order has been sitting at a Chinese depo since April 29th and hasn't moved at all! I have emailed their "customer service" (what a joke) department and they just keep extending the expected delivery date time saying that I cannot get my money back because it's still within the estimated delivery date!? It's very much not, they just keep pushing the date out further. I've emailed them 8 times and have made zero progress so I've had to lodge a dispute with my bank. Hopefully I'll be able to get my money back through them and take my business elsewhere. STEER CLEAR!
