My order is 2 months past the original estimated delivery window, but they keep pushing the window further and further out, and there is no way to request a refund until after the estimated delivery window has expired. It cannot be legal to do that indefinitely, but so far it's been pushed back 4 times, and there is no way to communicate with a human (phone calls direct you to support page, which asks if you've gotten your package yet, and then asks if it was helpful).
I consider the act of indefinitely withholding both an item and a refund to be a scam.
