I purchased a tablet in May 2020. After receiving a notice my tablet had been delivered on 6/2/20, but having not received it, I inquired of customer service regarding the discrepancy. I stepped into the awful world of Wish Customer Service. After complying with all their requirements, including providing them with proof from the post office that USPS did not deliver my purchase to me, they would not issue a refund because their policy does not allow a refund if THEIR records show my purchase was delivered to me. No tablet, no refund.
One cannot contact a supervisor. They do not have phone support. Their replies to my email messages were repetitive and not at all helpful. It was clear that the customer service reps I dealt with did not have any interest in solving the problem.
Shipping is poor, slow, and unreliable.
The Wish business model is deceptive and is based on low product prices, vague descriptions with additional hidden costs associated with product variables, and always an additional shipping cost.
