I ordered 2 items from Wish on 5/7/20. 1 item, a cheap drone, came on 6/13/20 but it was missing extra battery, extra propellers and pretty much all accessories. I've been fighting with their customer service ever since trying to get refund. They have a cust service chatbot that can't help in anyway so I ended up finding an email. We're on email response #11 now and still no refund.
The 2nd item, a cctv camera, has yet to arrive (going on week 9 now) and Wish support cannot locate. They did refund shipping but they even messed that up. I was supposed to get $10.50 back for shipping issues but they only returned $10.30. I also asked this item be refunded but they had the nerve to tell me my refund window had past from order date to meet their 30 day refund policy.
Items lost and wish wont refund.
For those reading this, dont use them. If you do, find me and I'll give all leadership and board member emails.
