I ordered a pair of blue wedges with an old email account then shortly after I had to delete the account because I could not access this anymore it was blocked. I have tried several times to get a refund processed by giving wish my new email and requesting a address but to no avail they won’t listen and keep saying this cannot be done!! Surely if it’s as quick to refund money back into a account and as simple as that then this can be done obviously not! The customer service team are very incompetent and not good with customer service problems and are no help at all!! I now have no option but to throw the shoes out which is a shame they are simply too small and too narrow for my feet! Will never order off wish again!! I am very disappointed and upset by all of this! This is not how you treat customers
