Only half of the items we ordered arrived after months of wait. The other half just disappeared and you don't have a tracking number in the US. Just hope they will arrive. for the items that did not arrive, you will get partial refund and that is about 1/3 of the total price that you purchased. Shipping fee and tax is not included int he refund. Customer service just automated message and you will never get to speak to a live person. So, make your purchase and take the risk that most of your items may never arrive and you will not going to get your money back. We don't even know if all the items did shipped to the country because there is no tracking number once it reached your country. They can just ship anything to any address and the only information you will get is that they shipped to your country. Now, it is your issues.
