A complete scam so beware or better still avoid like the plague. Awaiting £50 refund and i now know i will never receive it.Received wrong sized shoes so returned same via instructions laid out on 6 th June. Customer services seems to be automated and the opportunity to ask specific questions not available.When you email the company Independantly you do get a prompt response which does nothing but direct you to the automated site. A definate scam so please avoid or you will lose your money. I have sent numerous complaint emails to date but you just go round and round in circles and get more frustrated as you always end up on automated site.AVOID AVOID AVOID
