At the end of April my treadmill broke down and a replacement was urgently needed. As the virus lock down had just begun they were hard to come by but I found one on Wish and wish I hadn't. It's now ten weeks later and I'm still waiting. The only way to contact Wish is via a smart 'phone app and I don't have a smart 'phone. From reading other reviews it seems that it doesn't do any good even if you do have one, as no information will be forthcoming. If these people aren't crooks they come very close and I'm resigned to losing my money. A different Review website contains some very favourable comments but I think a lot of these are fraudulent. If I could give a no-star rating I would. Avoid these people like the plague. Grumpy from Sussex, UK.
