I placed an order for wireless ear buds. The delivery date kept getting pushed back again and again. According to their tracking records it has been in the US since 5 days after I placed the order. that was 2 months ago. They refunded the shipping cost a week ago, but their customer service engine is just a bot, not a human. If your problem doesn't fit in the bot's options (including LETTING ME TALK TO A HUMAN), you're just out of luck.
They still owe me $14.
I would NOT order from them again at all.
