Wish has extremely bad customer service. The item I purchased hasn't arrived, after the latest date of arrival anticipated by Wish. That's not such a big deal. However, when I emailed Wish at their customer support email address they responded that they would refund my shipping cost and asked me to wait another 30 days before I ask for a refund for the full purchase. I think 30 days is accessive and they still haven't refunded the cost of shipping to me. When I emailed to ask for clarification, they responded with the exact same form email I first received from them. As far as I can tell, there is no way to interact with a person who might address my concerns. I'm still waiting for a refund for the shipping cost, the item I ordered, and a meaningful response.
