Ordered an android 9 tablet 2nd May. Latest delivery estimate between August 3rd and September - FOUR MONTHS! It hardly matters that it's cheap, as far as I can tell it's still in China. Customer services either don't work or they give you the run around. They've violated my consumer rights and suggest I'm due a refund but that doesn't mean I've got one. Their procedure is opaque, frequently what they describe on their website doesn't exist. Instead of a proper customer service feature they spam you with adverts for cheap rubbish. AVOID!
