Order of Hair-clippers was supposed to be delivered by 28th June. It then changed to 13th July which is today, went on the app and it has changed to 2nd September. I have emailed them again & requested a refund but they said they can not give me a refund untill i return product. I dont have the product and i no longer want it as I couldnt wait any longer to cut my sons hair.
The customer support is absolutely rubbish.
