I ordered 2 9" bread proofing baskets on May 4, and then again on May 12, as a gift. The projected arrival dates on their website changed daily, and when I checked July 19, one order was to arrive on Aug. 12, and the other Aug. 20. I never got notification that they were delayed. I tried twice to cancel both orders as I needed the items now, and my messages were never replied to. One of the items showed up today, July 20, with no notification it was coming, but the other has not arrived. I have no idea who delivered it. It just showed up on my doorstep with no notice.
In the meantime, I got tired of waiting and ordered the same items on Amazon on July 12 and received them on July 14, for half the price, literally.
