I placed an online order with Wish in June 2020 for some bathroom accessories. I did not receive any Order number or confirmation of order from Wish. I did not receive the goods ordered Despite this, Wish withdrew money from my bank account on 09 June 2020. I have sent Wish Customer Services details of the unauthorised withdrawal, and have written them numerous e mails requesting that the money be refunded. The response from their "Customer Services" has been totally unhelpful. I have now raised this with my bank as a fraudulent transaction by Wish. I advise all consumers to be very wary of this company - they appear to be a complete scam. Estela Hamilton
