They don't deliver some items and won't give a refund. I have had numeroius problems with them. hey have jacked up the price of items after i bought and placed the item n the cart. You can't get help. when you write to them they DON'T READ WHAT YOU WRITE. Then thy send you a nonsense FORM LETTER, many times entirely not about your problem. They sill send you a nonsense letter saying they have resolved your problem. I had one Item after being placed in the cart that went from$0.50 to $50. Then they tell you can return it withing 30 days for a refund. what they don't say YOU have to pay the postage to send it back. I had a duplicate order, that they would not cancel and I had to pay The return postage close to $100. They have a "bot" support assistant that protects the Support people. they have categories you have to pick from and most have nothing to do with your problem. to get through you have to pick a category that may not be relevant to get through. They never read your complaint just send out form letters. You can't talk to a real person. even the 800 number just tells you what the form letters say. No chance to leave a message. I had to write 140 letters on ONE item and still didn't get help or resled
