I opened my pack to find one necklace exactly like the picture. The other one chain was broken. The lights one is working one is not. Pictures have been included. The other problem is I did not receive the sterling cuff bracelet. I sent an email only to be told to go to support. Email address does not address issues😲😲  and If to long I may not be refunded. I just received package on the 8th of Sept. SO here I'm hoping this is correct place?  Please refund me for defective pieces and one I didn't receive. I used Citi Bank card. 😊 They fight for their customers.Â
