They are frauds. They sent a product that doesn't work for what it was supposed to do. Then they give you the ridiculous runaround when you contact them to return it and get a refund. Save your money and DO NOT do business with them. They are deceitful and they are cheaters. It was not possible to get a refund. Forget them. Go elsewhere to do your business.
