I Purchased a number of earrings and it took quite a while but I knew corona was slowing everything down. Finally I received most of them (1 was broken) only to receive duplicates later. I check my order to be sure and also inform them this was happening. Then I checked my bank account, they had made a second charge to my card a couple days after my initial order. Told customer service that I wanted my money back but then the runaround began. Need order number (several times) need pictures, kept addressing it as a completely different problem that they made up, telling me to wait, wanted date, amount, currency, description. Was told I must have ordered it a second time and “I don’t understand your question”. I spent HOURS on this before I realize this was their plan all along. I had to contact my bank and cancel my card to prevent future fraudulant charges.
