I received an order of a dress which was unsuitable. I followed Yours Clothing Returns advice online and each time I tried to set up return label it would not accept order number, I'd nor eurvide. I have sent three emails to ask for help to return item.
No one from Yours Clothing had answered any of my emails. This is the first company whom has ever provided no customer service.
To date no one has answered my emails and I cannot print returns label.
I will never buy anything from Yours Clothing ever again.
