Absolutely appalling customer service. I returned a number of items and received a refund of £17 less. I queried this and was told I kept one bra that was a 2 pack? When actually I returned every single bra! Unsure why I would keep one when it's a set of 2?
I've shopped here for years however after this I would strongly advise against shopping with them.
