Love yours shop usually, however what an actual pain in the A*** to return stuff if you have ordered stuff online which majority of the country do now. Tried to return to Basingstoke store they sent us away saying it needed to go to Asda no more information because of the payment method.
On our next day off went to Asda and tried to return only to find we needed to print out a returns label.
I honestly think they try and make it as difficult as possible to try and return stuff so people don’t bother.
