I returned 10 items via RM , yours wear house says the box arrived with 1 item
Yours sent me email to say case closed after investigation
However RM have confirmed the parcel weighed 20k which is very heavy . Yours have not contacted or spoken to RM . Just closed the complaint , the goods come to nearly £300 , they can take me to court because I have the proof that I need as to the weight of the parcel from RM
Not even speaking or contacting RM and closing the case is not acceptable. Look forward to seeing you in court
