I would have given zero if it was an option. Absolutely let down by the level of customer care given. I placed an order and received an item 3 sizes too small despite this being a brand specifically for plus size people. When I enquired for a replacement I was bluntly told I would have to return the item, and wait for the item to be approved before they would exchange it. I did so and followed the instructions given to me by their customer service team and despite having corresponded with them specifically before returning the item to ensure I would receive an exchange, they once again failed me and sent me a refund rather than an exchange, which they did not communicate and I had to chase up myself! When I raised this as a complaint, I was met with cold and uncaring responses saying there was nothing they could do. Rubbish!!! The person I spoke to had a passive aggressive and almost rude tone in their emails and basically ended the correspondence with, either I place a new order (with delivery cost refunded after purchase, which takes 3-5 days with most banks) or go away.
This is unacceptable customer service and I'd expect more from a big brand like Yours. What an absolute disappointment.
