I would give 5 stars for product choice, order turnaround and customer service because all were excellent when I ordered my Didrikson parka online recently - but although the system accepted my order, it wasn't actually in stock. After a few days, I inquired about not receiving a shipping confirmation and the system error was then discovered. I was offered two alternatives at no additional cost (both were great choices) and my chosen parka was despatched the same day. Communication from the Customer Service team was excellent - thank you all for your responsiveness and the care taken to put things right. I'm really happy with my parka.
