I have used Ardmoor on a few occasions and appreciate their choice, prices and service. I recently purchased a waterproof jacket and having worn it only a few times the zip off hood broke. They asked for images of the damage and label codes and quickly came back to me to offer a refund, replacement or credit aginst another jacket. I opted to buy a Chevalier jacket. That was a few pounds less than my original purchase. Within minutes, my account was credited with the difference and my new coat was dispatched on next day delivery. I was very impressed with their customer service and also the New Chevalier jacket.
