I have decided to award 4 stars, it was a close decision not to award 3, let me explain, selection from website, very good, ordering, very good, payment, very good, however like many small businesses they are unable hold ALL items listed on website in stock, they then have to rely on the supply chain and if one part should come up short/fail the order can be delayed in being dispatched to us the customer, this happened to my last order, one part of my order was available, unforunetly the 2nd item was delayed. I wish to make it clear that is was no fault of Ardmoor & to also I received the 2nd item the day before I went on holiday, it all worked out in the end but did not give me a lot of time to get the footwear "settled/broken in" before my walking hols.
