I keep getting pressured to have a logo I asked be created be registered. I clearly expressed to the person who onboarded me that I was not interested in doing any registration. This was for a small podcast for close family and friends and didn’t see the need to have this registered. After speaking with the account manager and advising what I was told originally when I signed up, again he continues to press me about signing up for registration. Which frankly I said didn’t have the funds to provide for this anyway. Very disappointed and even if I have a small network will be telling them not to use this company. I just want my refund at this point and still the account manager continues to ask about purchasing a registration. Guess it will just be a waste of money and time at this point. Terrible way to do business to try and force people into purchasing something additional just to release what they originally paid for.
