“Complete scam. They are a rude and unprofessional. They have no expertise in website design and even when you try to work with them and give them feedback they refuse to listen. After going back and forth for 3 months I decided to ask for my money back because the rendering they gave me the first time was no different from how the website currently looks. They immediately ghosted me. Aside from their inability to design a website, they also try to scam you out of more money by asking for a $850 for them to host your website. They pressure you into making a decision and become very rude. They don’t provide you with an invoice after you pay and now that I have a nonexistent website that they won’t be hosting, they’re refusing to give me my money back. Stay away!”

“THIS IS A SCAM. They give you a draft design, but when it comes time for final proofs they feed you some made up story about the trademark needing to be registered before someone else and give a PHOTOSHOPPED picture of the USPTO website and demand an additional $1,000 before they can send the proofs. Absolutely disgusting. I can almost guarantee all of the “good” ratings are either people that never received their finished product and wrote a review at the draft stage or they are fake. I’ve been dealing with this scam for TWO YEARS. WATCH YOUR BANK STATEMENTS.”

“I keep getting pressured to have a logo I asked be created be registered. I clearly expressed to the person who onboarded me that I was not interested in doing any registration. This was for a small podcast for close family and friends and didn’t see the need to have this registered. After speaking with the account manager and advising what I was told originally when I signed up, again he continues to press me about signing up for registration. Which frankly I said didn’t have the funds to provide for this anyway. Very disappointed and even if I have a small network will be telling them not to use this company. I just want my refund at this point and still the account manager continues to ask about purchasing a registration. Guess it will just be a waste of money and time at this point. Terrible way to do business to try and force people into purchasing something additional just to release what they originally paid for.”

“I loved their website design process. There were a lot of things that I was willing to feature on my website. You can imagine it by having 80 pages that all contain different calculators for different mortgages. These fellows are technical experts. I recommend them!”

“The complete experience with Aspire Logo Design was great. I visited their website by having a rough idea in my head of a logo and a website and trust me or not, they made it real. I appreciate how they started working on my project, they came up with multiple designs, then started back and forth with me until I got what I demanded!
