THIS IS A SCAM. They give you a draft design, but when it comes time for final proofs they feed you some made up story about the trademark needing to be registered before someone else and give a PHOTOSHOPPED picture of the USPTO website and demand an additional $1,000 before they can send the proofs. Absolutely disgusting. I can almost guarantee all of the “good” ratings are either people that never received their finished product and wrote a review at the draft stage or they are fake. I’ve been dealing with this scam for TWO YEARS. WATCH YOUR BANK STATEMENTS.
