I purchased my portable digital piano recently during the covid lockdowns and I'm very happy with how Australian Piano Warehouse handled the new restrictions. My online appointment was great, I didn't catch his name but the staff was able to help me purchase a piano remotely. Gave me helpful advice on which add ons to buy (fixed stand vs portable stand, stool vs adjustable seat etc) and pricing. It was a shame I couldn't try out the piano myself but with covid lockdowns you can't really do that, so it was thoughtful for the staff to demonstrate in the online appointment. I had a few back and forths regarding my delivery/couriers but the online staff was so helpful that I wasn't worried about my purchase. Only feedback I have was that I couldn't reply to the messages in my order. I had to use the online chat feature to respond, but I didn't consider that as a negative experience. Overall I'm happy with my experience (esp during covid)
