Hi, its confusing to have your email. I did purchased a piano at your company, however, its been almost a year ago. I had received another email weeks before. I was told that my piano has been collected. Please clarify if my purchase information has been used improperly. Thank you!

Thank you for the safe delivery of my Casio digital piano. I love it. My husband bought me a grand piano from your warehouse, Tate St Bentley. A Wurlitzer G461 Walnut in 1988. It has been cherished and played and given a lot of pleasure to my students. The cost was $8,500. Lynton Luff (dec) was our piano tuner. I will use the digital piano in another room when my husband, who sadly now has dementia is resting. Thank you. Jenny Hudson

It's just that the package wasn't delivered, and nobody was going to tell me about the situation till I made a point of following you up and complaining. Even then, twice more the package wasn't delivered. I was told to stay home and to keep my phone close by in case there were any problems. And yet nobody called me each time, until I complained. I asked for a refund because this is just unecessary stress. If the customer pays for a service, those who received the payment should make sure things run smoothly on their end. It shouldn't be the customer doing all the work going onto 2-3 weeks after the order. In addition, the exact same situation happened earlier this year when I ordered a keyboard. I let it go as a once-off mistake. But this is now ridiculous.

Unfortunately, my experience buying a digital piano and stand through this vendor was a real mess. I was informed my click-and-collect was ready, drove an hour out to pick it up to find out the location had no clue why I received the alert. I received another letting me know it was ready while at the location waiting for them to find out what was going on. The general manager at Blackburn rang around and helped locate some of the items of my order from a nearby location so that I didn't leave empty-handed and arranged for the remaining stand on my order to be delivered instead. The delivery took an extra two weeks, and I was told it would be sent to the store location for click and collect, despite being told it would be delivered. When queried, they confirmed the actual address and assured me it would be delivered. When the package arrived, it was the wrong part. I then had to take time off work to be around to give the wrong part back to a courier while I waited for the actual stand I had ordered to be delivered. It arrived with the box damaged and half the instruction book missing, but thankfully the staff replaced that with a PDF copy. Overall, not a great experience. It caused a lot of stress and didn't end up saving me money in the end, after having to take time off work to help fix their mistake. Please be careful when purchasing online from this vendor. While I eventually got my piano and am very happy with the model itself, the online service was horrible. Kudos to Greg from the Blackburn store for going out of his way to help me in-store, though. His customer service certainly changed my 1 star into 2.
