The description of the keyboard was not adequate (length) for me to purchase a keyboard that would fit my desk. Now I am being told I have to pay 10% of the cost to exchange it. The online returns form has very limited options for reason for return and so I clicked “change of mind” and I think this is potentially why. It would be better if:
1. Your returns form included an option for reason for return as “not as described” or similar
2. You include the dimensions of the keyboards L x W x D and not just the box dimensions.
