Sunday: 13:43: Ordered a digital piano from their website. 14:25: Recieved both an SMS and email with the instruction to verify my credit card. 14:26: Reieved another update on the order asking me to give authority to leave note if I'm not home to recieve the digial piano. 14:44: I was away from my phone and my computer so didn't get back to them in time. They followed me up with a call. Verify my credit card and gave them the authority to leave note and verify if I'm not home. 17:08: Got an email notification the order was awaiting for courier collection. Monday: 11:55: Got an email and SMS notification that the package has been picked up and it was on its way. 13:31 Digial piano delivered. Ordering to delivery all done within 24 hours. From the sales team on the phone to the delivery person, everyone we've talked to or dealt with have been very professional and friendly. Only regret...if I have the chance to do it again...rather than being sceptical with all the positive reviews, I should have ordered from them a lot sooner. Strongly recommended!!
