I ordered my piano in early January and I am yet to receive it! It’s stuck in Welshpool WA and causing me grief. Perhaps you need to use a more reliable courier service especially if people are ordering expensive items. I’m worried that something has happened to my order and that it will take another month for me to receive my piano. It’s very frustrating.
People have complained about the courier service. Why aren’t you taking the advice and switching to a more reliable courier service?
