I made an order and was advised there would be a small transaction for me to confirm the amount of before the order would be sent. Didn't appear and I was advised it might take a day or two to show up. A week later still nothing, so I called. The helpful staff member tried another transaction and it came thorough while I was still on the phone. Shortly after she called back to confirm a delivery time, then a few hours later I received my order - sweet!
