I have bought 2 pianos from Australian Piano warehouse, one for my niece and another one for a very close friend’s daughter. They were delivered in time and kids have been using them for over an year now. When I ordered second piano, my friend told me that they already bought a piano. I contacted APW by email, and next morning they refunded the money back to my account, no questions asked. I had to reorder the piano though, because my friend returned the piano she bought. I really liked their way of conducting business. I have to buy a piano for my son and I will buy only from APW.
