Excellent communication throughout. Delivery was as promised and was easily able to track the arrival time. Delivery person was very courteous. The bed looks gorgeous. My daughter is thrilled with it. I wrote regarding something I thought might be faulty (it was not - I just don't have the heft) and got a very prompt and thorough explanation as to how to resolve. Highly recommend.
