“Very poor quality bed, had 3 months broken already. Looked like a good solid wood bed from the pictures on the website, however its more of a lightweight plastic bed. Not happy with the purchase.”

“Horrible quality beds. Load bearing side of the bed consists of several smaller pieces glued together like a puzzle, and painted over, and not a solid piece of wood. Bed bought a bit over a year ago, customer support saying they can't do anything because it's been over a year.”

“They delivered 4 boxes - correct number but incorrect boxes. We cannot build the bed and no response to customer emails! Please help my daughter get her new bed up for Christmas.”

“Do not trust this company - 10th October ordered - still only received half the order (mattress, no bed to put it on) Have instigated Credit Card Chargeback - if you want a response leave a review also on Trust Pilot - they will then post a response - I last emailed them 18 days ago - they even promised an extra gift, which guess what, that hasn't turned up either. Their Customer Service is non existent and you cannot call them as they are online only - Order number 7173 for verification.”

“The crazy bed company doesn't have a customer service contract because when I asked a simple question why have I not received my order all I an email showing where my order is not a place with tracking number that doesn't work. I have been scammed. The worst part of it is I have order.this. bed since on the 21._11_23 My daughter is 6yrs is sleeping on the floor with me at our new home with no bed. It's been 10day this morning and I've had received any emails because I have asked them to cancel the order. This just a disgrace and I hope no body other from them again.”

“Crazy price beds are an Horrific company! Draw you in with ridiculously cheap pricing but the goods don’t get delivered or when they eventually do they are damaged or maybe even used! There is no phone number to contact customer service & they don’t bother reply to emails. On social media they mute comments so you can’t see how many other people have such a bad experience! Good luck trying to get your money back for refunds too… you have to go through your credit card company! Avoid!”

“AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL .. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I bought a bed base from Crazy Price Beds, received the order and noticed that - half of the bed, including some pieces and the various screws (needed for assembly), were missing!!!!! I immediately contacted the company, specifying which pieces were missing, and was told that they would be delivered within 7 days. As I did not receive any shipment confirmation, I had to contact them again and again to request an update... from that moment on, they kept lying to me, saying that the rest of my order would be shipped within two days... but never sent it! I also tried to request a full refund, but my query was completely ignored. A month later, and after numerous emails and calls, I still had not received the rest of my order. In all this, I had to sleep with my mattress on the floor. I therefore requested a refund through B&Q. At that point, the Crazy Price Beds company notified me that the rest of my order had finally been shipped. Such a coincidence. But there is more... When I finally received the delivery, I discovered that they sent me the exact same pieces they had sent me the previous time!! So I ended up with the exact same parts, again (duplicates).. And none of the missing parts I needed!!! After several attempts I managed, via B&Q, to get a full refund but... guess what? Crazy Price Beds refuses to send someone to pick up all this bulk junk they left at my property. B&Q contacted them, specifying that, according to clause 6, I have the full right to return these pieces and that, of course, it would be the seller's responsibility to arrange the collection. The council charges £60 for bulk waste collection, and I should not be the one to pay for the disposal of these items. However, they refuse to come and collect and keep ignoring our requests. I find all this very unfair. This company is a JOKE, and their customer service disgraceful. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them, it will only save you from months of unnecessary stress and phone calls trying to resolve something unresolvable. I have never dealt with such a crazy and disorganized company before. A complete waste of time. Furthermore, from the few pieces received, I can tell that the item is not of good quality either. SHAME!”

“Bought a bed 5 weeks ago and only received half a bed, boxes missing still waiting to receive the rest of the bed. Do not recommend. Had a different excuse every time I contacted them and could only contact through email.”

“** AVOID ** Awful company! We purchased a child’s bed 4 months ago and on arrival a number of drill holes were missing. They claimed to be unable to send out the correct part and instead opted to collect the whole item leaving us without a bed for our 4 year old The item was collected and since then we’ve been unable to get a refund continuing to be £380 out of pocket 4 months later We are now having to take civil action as we’ve had no response to emails and no contact number that actually works”

“This company took my money didn't send a bed. Had really poor communication over email, then refused me a refund but told me I couldn't have my order. I tried to order a different (more expensive bed) they have yet to get back to me, this was two weeks ago. I'm contacting trading standards. It's disgusting.”

“Disgusting and poor service The worst service ever, I ordered a bed for my little girl a few weeks ago and still waiting for the delivery. They using for the delivery a very poor company. You can't contact them, send them a few emails no answer. I send the Crazy Beds emails as well they just said to me the delivery company XDP is having my order and I need to wait for them to be delivered. Is already been one week and is still showing to me on their app on the depot. I will never order from them. I send to them an email to refund my money still no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER.”

“I sent an email to this company as apprantly they dont have a phone number, my little girls bed has broken, its so dangerous for her to sleep on as the wood is sticking out of the base, I have had one reply which was to send photos which i have done and have never had a reply since after weeks and weeks of chasing, poorly managaed customer service.”

“Order no 1000127440 I have ordered 2 Metal bed frames. After a week I had an email that those beds are not available and offering other beds. I emailed back with two other models and still waiting. These beds are for a rental place and l am loosing rent/income. I either need the beds or a full refund ASAP”

“They delivered faulty bed and we have not been able to get through to them for almost 4 weeks. We have made so many emails, phone calls and even contacted them on social media. We are sleeping on the for on a mattress. The bed is being stored in your home as we do not have any external storage, this is extremely frustrating for us. We are now in communication with trading standards and the citizens advice bureau. Appalling.”
