The whole process from payment to delivery was confirmed by email at each stage including the delivery date etc . How refreshing for your bed to be delivered in a liveried van (not some dog eared old transit ) by a driver who was polite and who knocked at the door to confirm the correct address rather than throw it against the wall ,ring the bell and disappear before you could open the door !
