Really easy to order and very pleased with the bed, it was delivered within 7days of ordering. However, trying to contact customer services is nigh on impossible. Crazy Price Beds are the most invisible online company I have ever purchased from. Delivery times and dates are really difficult when you work full time. Trying to speak with someone was impossible, phone lines are never answered no matter what time of day you call, you have to hope that any messages/emails that you send get a response.
