On the whole a really good service. Delivery was hassle free and on time. Just a slight disappointment on unpacking. The slats seem very flimsy and one of them was cracked and suspect will need replacing quite soon. Also couple of parts of frame look as if chips been filled in and painted over and as pointed out in other customers' reviews, when unpacking, where pieces were stuck together and pulled apart the white paint peeled off. Shame really because 3 year old granddaughter very excited with her new house bed! And got to accept that was a fraction of the cost of similar beds. So sorry, had to knock off 1 star for having to get my paintbrush out again!
