My partner and I found the bed we were looking for, at a price which was lower in price than any where else. I was kept informed of when the bed was due and the night before the 4 hour time slot for delivery. The delivery was as expected. The only suggestion I have is all screws/bolts to have a pointed end to allow a bite straight away when trying to screw things together. This would save a great deal of time assembling the bed and at the same time reduce the frustration of not being able to screw where appropriate, because the screw end is flat and not pointed.
