My bed frame was delivered on time as they said, but when I removed the packaging.
I noticed the bed frame was scratched.
Crazy bed frames responded within hours of my email & offered me a full refund or a discount.
I excepted the discount as it was very generous.
I will shop with them again as it was just bad luck & these things happen.
