Rubbish customer service, my bed broke after just 2 months, asked for a refund or repair, takes weeks for any reply. Finally got a reply for them to say they would send replacement part, 3 weeks later still nothing has arrived. Just received another email 2 months after making the complaint, saying if you want a refund then you must package the bed up in the original packing, whos keeps the packing for a bed for 4 months, if you sold you wouldn't have to keep the packing, Joke. Ridiculous service and the product is badly made you might as well buy from it WISH!!! Please don't buy Beds from these con artists!!
