Order 143013916 Having received three emails from you with regard to my above order stating that the order is out of stock and to respond to the email if I would like a refund I have replied to your emails three times now requesting a refund for the above-mentioned order and to date not received a reply. The bed was for my elderly father who needs a larger bed as he currently has an issue with falling out, he is 86 and we ordered a bed from yourselves as it was an affordable price for him. We had ordered a kingsize bed to prevent him from falling and doing himself harm. Without a refund we cannot afford to look for another bed and until we receive this refund, we will have to lower his current bed so it is nearer the floor to prevent any injury To date we have not had the courtesy of any response to our emails and now reading all these awful reviews with regard non delivery refund we are starting to worry. If we hear nothing in the next week we will definitely be resorting to social media warning people not to order from Crazy Beds as you are quick to take our money but not provide the goods.
