My order was promised for delivery on Wednesday 23rd Nov 2022, between 2pm and 5pm. Their delivery partner showed when trackings the order, that they had received the goods and my order was on it’s way. At around 3pm I received an email from crazy beds stating that the delivery company hadn’t collected all the items and that delivery would not be taking place! They stated that they would try to resolve in 72 working hours. I contacted their delivery partner , SOLO HOME DELIVERY, to ask where my order was, they replied saying they were no longer operational!! I have tried, without success, to get any answers, telephone calls are straight to answer machine, they don’t reply. Emails are not answered, except with a generic email. I’ve emailed Crazy Price Beds to cancel my order and ask for a refund, but they are not replying. I’ll get in touch with my bank to hopefully withhold payment from my credit card. They are either a fraudulent outfit or must have ceased trading. STAY AWAY, DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE,
