I sent an email to this company as apprantly they dont have a phone number, my little girls bed has broken, its so dangerous for her to sleep on as the wood is sticking out of the base, I have had one reply which was to send photos which i have done and have never had a reply since after weeks and weeks of chasing, poorly managaed customer service.
