Had to cancel a holiday due to the sudden death of my wife’s Mother.
Took out insurance through Sykes cottages with this company.
Made the claim in August and still waiting two months later.
Death certificate provided but have repeatedly been asked for paperwork that has already been provided.
Terrible service and would strongly recommend not using them.
