Really bad , slow and throughly poor experience. I suspect these guys are con merchants. Having taken out gadget insurance as part of a travel insurance package with Outback insurance, I assumed that it would be covered by Aviva- the primary insurers. Very unfortunately it was outsourced to this company. My daughters phone was damaged when she was in Australia. She was advised to go to an Apple Store to get a quote for repair which she did. Her claim was then denied after much delay because this was not an authorised dealer- all of which are in the uk! What a joke….
